The approach โ€”

How we work

Somatic practice, neuroscience and contemplative tradition, in one room.

Therapy can feel clear in the room and far away by Wednesday. This work is built to close that gap.

Most people know the feeling: a session where things make sense, then a week where none of it seems to reach the moment you actually needed it.

So we practice in the body, moment to moment, until what you understand in session starts showing up in your day. Every person's work is different. Three themes come up again and again.

The language of the body

Symptoms are messengers.

Stress and anxiety show up physically first: a tight chest, shallow breath, a jaw that won't unclench. The usual move is to push through or make it stop.

We do something different. We learn to read those sensations as information, and ask what they're pointing to. A symptom becomes a way in, not something to get rid of.

Instead of

A problem to eliminate.

Toward

A signal worth understanding.

Spotlight on regulation

Your body already knows how to settle.

Your nervous system has its own ways of coming back to baseline. Under constant load, they just don't get used.

We start by noticing what already works for you. Then we add a few simple, reliable tools you can reach for between meetings, on a walk, or at 11pm, to shift out of habitual anxiety and into being present.

Instead of

Running on alert by default.

Toward

Engaged and present, on purpose.

Sustainable wellbeing

Steady, not conditional.

A lot of wellbeing is conditional: fine when the launch goes well, not when it doesn't. That's a hard way to live.

The aim here is an underlying steadiness that can hold the whole range, the experiences you want and the ones you don't. Over time you become the one supporting yourself, and you need sessions less.

Instead of

Okay only when things go right.

Toward

A baseline that holds either way.
